The reverse has a black base with red and blue Canadian maple leaves accentuated in enamel paint, flanked by two agency emblems. The outer ring bears the text "COMBINED FORCES SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT UNIT" and "ORGANIZED CRIME AGENCY BRITISH COLUMBIA." Multiple colors—blue, gold, silver, and black—are applied in distinct enamel layers for sharp definition. No attachment hardware is included.
